Design of a small community of waterfront, single-family, time-share vacation homes. These homes will periodically "change" their decor to suit their needs: family photos, favorite linens and artwork, etc. The homes are to be built with a modern mindset and details should follow suit. The focus is to provide ample storage in the house, making sure to use every bit of space - even those beneath the stairs. Color choice and materials reflect the atmosphere of the environment: the San Juan Islands.
